Czarnowicki and colleagues characterized functionally distinct T cell subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with icthyoses and characterized associations with clinical features. The existence of patient subpopulations manifested by similar immunophenotypes and clinical features suggests the possibility of differential responsiveness to existing and newly developed targeted biologics. See the article on page 2157 for details.
